Yoga, pilates and meditation classes, workshops hosted by visiting therapist, facials, massage treatments and consultations provide exceptional holistic care for the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga & pilates
The Hay Barn’s magnificent yoga studio with sprung wood floor occupies the top floor and can accommodate twenty students. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or interested in taking up a new class, our yoga and pilates schedule will have something for you.
Treatments
A broad range of treatments are available at the Hay Barn, each guided by our deep respect for Ayurveda. Select from a variety of massage, facial and stress reduction therapies, each holistic in approach.
Bamford Body
Our Bamford Body range of products for bath, body and baby was for use in treatments at the Hay Barn Spa. They cleanse, protect & rejuvenate the body with natural and organic ingredients accredited to the highest standards by the Soil Association. Their naturally luxurious products combine modern cosmetic science with natural essential oil blends and perform beautifully while balancing both mind and body. We source all their own natural ingredients responsibly and make all our products in England. They are free from GMO, Parabens, SLS, and mineral oils.
